At Ovroe, we want you to love your activewear. However, if you need to make a return, our policy ensures a smooth process. Please review the details below carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
- Condition: Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking). Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days to qualify for a full refund.
- Split Packages: For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.
Important Notes
- Restocking Fee: Returns that do not meet the above criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or may be declined.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Processing Time: Allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your return is completed.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
